PLAN, DO, CHECK AND ACT

FMEAAPQPPDCA

Osim apply the FMEA – Failure Mode and Effect Analysis – procedure that APQP analyzes the failure mode or defect of a process to prevent or detect PDCA deficiencies in the design or production. It is one of the main components of the PPAP – Production Part Approval Process – which guarantees the approval of component suppliers and their production processes to the automotive industry.

La APQP – Advanced Product Quality Planning -pianificazione avanzata della Qualità di Prodotto, monitora tutte le fasi dello sviluppo e rende trasparente il rapporto tra cliente e fornitore. Osim applica anche la MSA per la validazione dei sistemi di misura e il Gage R&R che valuta la ripetibilità e riproducibilità del sistema di misura, nonché l’SPC – Statistical process control – ossia le tecniche per il miglioramento continuo dei processi che contribuiscono allo studio e alla riduzione della loro capability.

Problem solving e metodologie automotive includono tutti i processi che vanno dal problem finding al problem solving tra cui la logica PDCA(Plan, Do, Check, Act), il miglioramento continuo, con azioni correttive e preventive, il metodo 8D, il diagramma di Ishikawa per la ricerca delle cause del problema e il metodo “5Why” per la ricerca delle cause-radice.

TESTING AND MEASUREMENTS OF PRECISION

Osim makes precision measurements with the use of measuring systems in three-dimensional coordinates with a resolution to the micron. The instruments are calibrated according to the regulations using, if necessary, metrological laboratories accredited. The laboratory performs checks macrographic on welds performed internally, releasing on request metallographic specimen and related reports of control. We also perform non-destructive testing, through the use of penetrating fluid according to relevant regulations, and controls of grain.
